AUCTION ITEM / HOLE PRIZE DONATION

The SIH Foundation and HMC Foundation will be hosting a mobile bidding auction at the SIH Slice of Life Golf Tournament. If you are interested in donating an auction item, please fill out the information below and a staff member will be in contact with you to arrange a pick-up of your item. 

If you are interested in donating a hole prize, the commitment is a $100.00 monetary donation. You can choose to have the winner redeem the prize directly from you via a certificate that will be given to the winner the day of the event, or you can submit your monetary donation to the SIH Foundation for the donor to redeem through the Foundation.
