AUCTION ITEM / HOLE PRIZE DONATION

The SIH Foundation will be hosting a mobile bidding auction at the 2022SIH Slice of Life Golf Tournament. If you are interested in donating an auction item, please fill out the information below and an SIH Foundation staff member will be in contact with you to arrange a pick up of your item.

If you are interested in donating a hole prize, the commitment is a $100.00 monetary donation. You can choose to have the winner redeem the prize directly from you via a certificate that will be given to the winner the day of the event or you can submit your monetary donation to the SIH Foundation for the donor to redeem through the Foundation.
