REGISTRATION


Pre-Register:  Pre-registration cost is $30.00.  Submit registration by May 15th to guarantee a t-shirt.  If you do not wish to register on-line you can download a copy of the registration form below and send a check payable to Coach Kill Cancer Fund, PO Box 3988, Carbondale, IL 62902-3988.

Pre-Registration Deadline: Deadline for pre-registration is May 22nd.  Any registrations after that date will be $35.00.

Race Day Registration: May 30, 2015 7:30-8:30 AM

Pre Check-In: May 27-29, 2015 - Come to Liberty Wealth Management office to pick up your t-shirt and race bib.  This will also include the complimentary race day bag for all registered participants.  We are located at 2250 Reed Station Parkway, Carbondale, IL 62901.  It is the big office next to Holiday Inn.  We are the first office on the left after you pass the elevators.

Note: Race snacks are included in the registration fee for all 5K Runners and Walkers.

I further state that I am in proper physical condition to participate in this race and grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use photography, videotape, motion picture, and any other record of the event.
